About the role:
We’re hiring a founding designer to help us shape the Glitchcraft experience. This will be an in-person role in Bangalore. We are also happy to facilitate work-trials or internships so we can mutually establish a strong fit. We’re flexible on compensation and are willing to pay top of band for the right person. We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to grow and be as AI-native as possible.
What are we looking for:
- Lots of experience designing consumer experiences. Portfolio >> Formal credentials
- Attention to detail; Experience in motion design is a big plus
- Demonstrated interest in AI art tools - Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI. If you have experience building out comfyui workflows, do mention it!
What you’ll do:
- Ship intuitive developer tools for game developers (AI-native alerting and reporting systems)
- Design in-game experiences like stores, quest systems, etc.
- (Potentially) Support our partner studios with AI workflows on art and game design
