What We Collect

From website visitors:

• Analytics data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and usage patterns, collected with analytics and advertising tags (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to improve our website and measure our ads

When you submit a form (our "Book a call" form, a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, or a similar form):

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, company and job title
• Your answers: for example the business phone number you ask us to call and how your calls are handled today
• Ad details: which ad or campaign the form came from

When you request an after-hours check:

• We place a call to the business number you give us and note the outcome: who answered, how long it took and what information was captured. We do not record the audio of these calls.
